What is your Returns Policy?

Single Copies

While we do not accept returns for single copies, we will re-send any copies that arrive damaged or if the order is incorrect. Please send a photograph of the damage together with your order number to [email protected] and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to resolve any issues you might have.

Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with the subscription you have ordered, you can change to an alternative subscription of equivalent value. We will also provide a refund on any issues outstanding subject to a 5% transaction fee, should you wish to cancel your subscription at any time. Email us at [email protected] to discuss any issues you might have.

Retail

We discuss a returns policy with you at the time of your account opening.

Where is my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to your tracking details so you can track the progress of your delivery. If you have any further questions regarding your delivery, please email us at [email protected].

I would like to amend/cancel my order.

If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please email us at [email protected] and a member of the team will action your request. Please note we aim to dispatch orders within 12 hours so if you would like to amend or cancel your order, we would kindly ask for you to let us know as soon as possible. Once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to cancel orders or amend shipping addresses.

Do you stock back issues?

If you are looking for a back issue, in the first instance please refer to our website where you will find details of all the issues that we have in stock. If you can’t find the issue that you are looking for please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.

I would like to make a submission to one of your magazines.

If you would like to send a submission to any of our magazines, please email us at [email protected] with further information. We will then forward your details onto the publisher who can then contact you directly.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Deliveries to the UK take 2 working days.

For packages under 2kg delivery times are below.

Germany – 2 – 4 days

Europe – 3 – 6 days

USA & Canada – 5 – 9 days

Rest of the World – 6 – 12 days

For packages over 2kg delivery times are below.

Europe – 3 – 5 working days

US and Rest of the World – 2 – 3 working days.

How do I become a stockist?

If you are interested in becoming a stockist, please email us at [email protected] and a member of our retail team will contact you with further information.

I would like to introduce a new magazine/book to Boutique Mags.

If you are interested in adding your magazine/book to our portfolio we would be delighted to hear from you. Please could we ask you to email us at [email protected] with details of your magazine/book and a member of the team will get back to you with some further information.
