While we do not accept returns for single copies, we will re-send any copies that arrive damaged or if the order is incorrect. Please send a photograph of the damage together with your order number to [email protected] and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to resolve any issues you might have.
If you are not satisfied with the subscription you have ordered, you can change to an alternative subscription of equivalent value. We will also provide a refund on any issues outstanding subject to a 5% transaction fee, should you wish to cancel your subscription at any time.
