Single Copies

While we do not accept returns for single copies, we will re-send any copies that arrive damaged or if the order is incorrect. Please send a picture showing (to show the damage and title name) together with your order number to [email protected] we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to resolve any issues you might have.

We discuss a returns policy with you at the time of your account opening.

Subscriptions


Consumer

If we are unable to fulfill a subscription order to it's full term, due to publication ceasing for example, you will be offered an alternative product to replace the remainder of your subscription term, failing this, a refund for the duration. Should yours/recipients postal address change, whilst your subscription is live and running, PLEASE do inform us at [email protected] to ensure your subscription is diverted to the correct address and our systems get updated. Re sends will be charged additionally.

Please note that a refund will incorporate a 10% transaction fee based upon the original price at purchase.
