Issue 28, titled "TOKYO FOOD CULTURE" talks about good restaurants in Tokyo. 

From national dishes such as curry and ramen to foreign frontier cuisine. Tokyo's food options are endless, with traditional and new wave food, and high and low price points scattered throughout the city. It's true that you can eat anywhere and anytime, but it's also true that in a city where days change at a dizzying pace and consumption is repeated, it's easy to get "just" eating. However, we want to stick to "savouring". In the next issue of RiCE, we will go beyond the area and the times to thoroughly cover the delicious stories that take place in the world's most delicious city, Tokyo, and the people who are the building blocks of those stories.
